happiOCRACY, a brief history, 2000-2007

The seed of happiocracy was planted many decades ago when I attended a series of lectures at the London School of Economics. Since then, it has grown as a result of my observation, in the several countries where I have worked, that if government can complicate matters, it does. Many of the nation’s best and finest are diverted into bloatwork that is not worth its cost. Surely, there must be a simpler way. Below is the story of how happiocracy developed during the period 2000 – 2007.

who comes first? MOOism in 30 seconds

moo :
(1) minority-of-one; an individual, unique in thought, word, deed and physique; the common denominator of all groups, entities and other special interests;

(3) a hereditor (if referring to the MOOs of a particular hereditorland).
